No Excuses Operations (Low Key Global Financial LLC) sends text messages only to clients who have agreed to receive them.

What we send

• Account and service notifications (for example, when something on your account is ready)
• Appointment and document reminders
• Status updates on work we are doing for you
• Replies to questions you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in

You opt in when you become a client: on our client sign-up form you enter your mobile number and check a box that reads:

"I agree to receive account and service text messages from No Excuses Operations (Low Key Global Financial LLC) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."

The box is never pre-checked, and you can still become a client without checking it. You can also opt in by texting START to our number.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
